XIX. Creating External Contacts

External Contacts refers to people outside your organization who can be added to distribution groups and displayed in your organization’s address book and other address lists. External contacts have e-mail addresses outside your organization and cannot sign in to your domain.

i. Creating External Contact

1. From Admin page, go to [Exchange Online] -> Click on [Manage]  -> [Users & Groups] -> [External Contacts] tab -> Click [New]

2. When the ‘New External Contact’ window appears, fill out the required fields and press [Save].
